Located in the tiny fishing village of Carrabelle Florida. Approximately 70 miles from Tallahassee off scenic Highway 98. This is truly the last bit of Old Florida.  We have a large  monthly RV rental property with full hook ups. 50 amp service, city water, sewer, & w-fi.  Sunset Island RV & Yacht club was designed & built to be a upscale residential development right on the mouth of the Carrabelle river.  (See Video below) (Note: No longer have hot tub) It features brick paver streets, walkways and huge pool deck. A large 57000 gallon pool with a huge deck & child access.   A large screened in cook-shack with stove, refrigerator and 2 inside  picnic  tables. Full access to our peir and boat slips that border on a public boat launch. A great restaurant & bar are adjacent to the boat launch.

Sight Seeing
Tate’s Hell State Forest  is 202,000 acres (819 km²) of land in Franklin and Liberty counties in Florida. The forest is located near Carrabelle off US 98 along the gulf coast. At one time, Tate’s Hell supported at least 12 major habitats including: wet flatwoods, wet prairie, seepage slope, baygall, floodplain forest, floodplain swamp, basin swamp, upland hardwood forest, sandhill, pine ridges, dense titi swamp thickets and scrub.
